Training on iSpring is held from sept 29-30/2020 at Adama for 15 participants from Oromia Bureau of Agriculture and Ministry of Agriculture on learning management system, (LMS) and Content Authoring tool, iSpring.
LMS is a software that is designed specifically to create, distribute, and manage the delivery of educational content. Currently MoA has hosted Moodle, an open source LMS platform on its data center as one of COVID-19 response tool. It helps the Ministry to create e-learning materials, distribute, manage and track courses for Development Agents using Tablets.
iSpring is a PowerPoint-based authoring tool produced by iSpring Solutions that allows users to create slide-based courses, quizzes, dialog simulations, screencasts, video lectures, and other interactive learning materials.
The training was a two day theoretical and an intensive practical training which helps trainers to enhance their skill on iSpring to create courses, add video, audio narrations and different graphical elements for courses.
Thanks to AGP2-CDSF, Capacity Development Support Facility who organizes and covers the costs of the training.
